youtube wont go over 720P

Hello guys! I finished bulding my new computer and set everything up. WHen I went to youtube, I noticed none of the videos had an option over 720P. I dont know why this happened. Can anyone help fix this?

 

*This only happens in FIREFOX. I just got chrome and it goes up to 4k

some people only record in 720p that might be why

I thought that, but i went to a LINUS video... he usualy goes up to 4K

If you're using anything but Chrome and opted into the HTML5 beta it only lets you play 360p and 720p
