Sony is saying that they cant refund anything ..

Who cares what Sony says, deal with Paypal.

They'll just take the money back from Sony, no need to ask for refunds.

Or declare it as fraudulent, and the end result will be the same.

Goes without saying, I assume you've changed your Paypal credentials and email.

call paypal and let them take the money back. Who ever stole it from you will get blocked from PSN and everyone is happy. And that Sony can't refund anything is BS. Of course they can take the game away from that person.

Their FAQ says to call them if that happens and to change your password. And if the Support guy is a dick, tell them you want to talk to their supervisor.

Changing the Password should log the person out from your PSN account.

You are back!  :o
