As soon as i start a game, that^ happens. It also starts happening on google chrome and a few othere programs. 

And i have to restart for it to go away.

 

Anyone got an idea? O.o

Those, good friend, are what we call in the business, peeps. I'm joking, they're graphical artifacts, if your card is over clocked, reset it to normal, if not, RMA the card. Also, peeps are awesome.

What GPU? And have you overclocked it?

And have you reinstalled your drivers already?

Should have used a game that isn't AC:Unity so I wouldn't make a joke about it simply being AC:Unity's fault

I have finally moved to a desktop. Also my guides are outdated as hell.

It is overclocked. But not much at all.

Then reset it to stock, If it keeps happening, update the drivers, or move back one version and test again. If that doesn't work, RMA the card.

ok, But isnt 680 classified supposed to be very "overclockable" ?

Doesn't matter. You could've lost the silicon lottery on that GPU.
