Does V-sync support somewhat strange refresh rates of your monitor like 75Hz, I thought it only did increments of 30FPS. (I could be wrong) Or is it meant to match the maximum refresh rate you set? I also I looked up this monitor online and it said that the refresh rate can be anywhere from 55-75 Hz , maybe try a lower frequency like 70ish

So I just got this monitor, but it should be 75Hz. However, when I enable v-sync, it only monitors 60fps. When I try to enter the nvidia control panel and enter a 'custom resolution', actually just changing it to 75Hz instead of 60, it says out of range.

I got this monitor too but it's only 60Hz?

It only supports 75hz at certain resolutions: http://www.manualagent.com/asus/vn248h/owners-manual/page-21
