PSU seems a bit excessive to be honest. something around 800-900 watts should be more than enough  ^_^

Corsair 400R, i7 3770K @ 4.5GHz 16GB, Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz, Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H Motherboard, 240GB Samsung 840 Evo Sata III SSD, 2 x Asus GTX 780 Direct CU2 SLI, Corsair H100i and Corsair AX860i Platinum Power supply.

PSU is way overkill.

The mobo has lots of funny features, that just cost a shitload of extra money, be sure you'll actually need them, otherwise you can save an easy 200$ on the mobo.

OCZ Vertex isn't a very good SSD have had lots of troubble with OCZ SSDs.

Why 5 different fans? If you want the best fans avaiable go for Noctua NF-F12.

CPU is good, mobo is over-hyped and over-priced, monster overkill on GPU for

single monitor, HAF is old tech, and confused on fan selection.

dunna know why you'd want to build this, some more information about what

you'd use the PC for, would greatly help.

for a gamer PC

4670k, GA-Z77-UD4, 2x 8GB RAM, GTX780, 840 - 512GB+ 3TB HDD,

750-850w corsair HX or better, seasonic X750-850, and a fractal design R4.

converts the performing power with ease and effort, can be made to look good

with awesome cooling performance, a window for show-offs and quiet to boot.

That's what you will need for at least 5 years. There are some things that you can spend less money, like the mobo, psu, and HDD, with that you can even get 2x GTX 770 than one 780, and maybe a 3TB seagate barracuda.

About the fans, go with Noctua NF-F12 or Corsair SP120 Quiet Edition.

First of all, what's the use of your system? Are you doing just gaming? Any rendering/editing?

I am using as gaming and as a workstation /

What is the parts that can spend less and the part that can spend more.

I heard that for Gaming , you can buy a i 5 intel core and use the money that is left to buy a better GPU . so is it  that better GPU is better than better Cpu in gaming ?

Yes, a better GPU is more important than a high end CPU for gaming, but there are couple exeptions like if you use that PC for photo and video editing or making complex 3D simulation than you would need a better CPU to do all the calculations faster.

Watch out, there might be ninjas out there

is i7 2600k great for gaming

For gaming i saw in benchmarks that the i5 3570k is better, but if you're trying to do some editing or rendering stuff, I would go with a FX-8350.

At gaming they scale almost the same but for rendering the FX-8350 is better than the i5-3570k/4670k,

Be more specific. What do you mean by workstation? What kind of work are you doing? Programs you are using?

The gpu makes a bigger difference for gaming when you already have a sufficient cpu.
