Yes, those will work.

I would also find some scrap metal to practice engraving, so you can get a feel for what you want to do

The bits that you linked will not work with that kind of a dremel. An engraving dremel like that "vibrates" to scratch the metal, those bits are supposed to go in the  rotary dremels that spin. That engraver is meant for marking initials on your tools and such.
