Note 3, you will like the Multi-windows feature and its better on larger screens.

Note 3. Actually has good software that makes it the best phablet, whereas the S5 just has software to contribute to lag making it one of the worst "normal" size flagships.

can't go wrong with both but i'd go with the note 3 for larger goodness
