I need a good Single player fps game (no Far cry 1,2,3,4 or the bioshock trilogy).

Far Cry 4 single player is pretty fun, the online is not all that special -- especially since nobody really plays it. 

 

It's an FPS to an extent, has some sneaking/stealth; but I feel bad recommending it since it's on uPlay and made by ubisoft -- but you can ATLEAST but it on steam, or not buy it at all :P

And if you run in anything but an absolute straight line to your next objective you "are leaving the mission area" and get a game over screen. Real sandbox gameplay here. Just as advertised.
