Is there a stand/cage for hhds/ ssds i can put in my case to take my hard drive off the side of the case.

Something like hot´-swap bay? You can easily find those that fit into 5.25'' bay and use 3.5'' drives.

the case is off a dell vostro 200.

Are you trying to move the drive to another place inside your case or you want it to work outside of the case itself?
What @LoGiCalDrm said is useful. If you have the space in your case for a hot-swap bay or a simple 5.25"cage, you can attach it and use pretty much any 3.5" drive or a 2.5" drive in a mounting cage. If you could post photos of your case and explain from where to where you would like to move your drives, it would be easier for us to suggest something. :)
