Urgent Help:Android keeps redownloading old apps

Hello everyone, so i factory reseted my android phone and this is going crazy. Its always trying to reinstall the old apps i had in google play even after already uncheking them in the google shop account and disabling the restore and backup at settings, and i cant stop it. What do i have to do to absolutely prevent it from redownloading old apps? Reformat again and delete former account to use another account? Any help would be appreciated.

You've probably set it to sync apps. Go to your google accounts in settings and make sure app sync is turned off for all accounts.
