did you install the right drivers?

I downloaded the latest drivers in geforce experience, is that right?

yes it should be

 

check that you have all your windows updates installed

Don't worry, it's nothing to be stressed about. If we determine the card is defective it's easy to RMA it and get a new one shipped to you :) also, what brand is your card?

I look this up on the battlefied forum and alot of people said that the problems is window 7. They said that upgrading to window 8.1 will fix it but i'm personally haven't test that out myself so i can't give you my word for it. Yeah, its just so frustrating tho, seems like the card works for minecraft because im getting 450fps, i also already have windows 8.1
