generally you should be able to hit 4.2-4.5GHz

 

make sure you got the latest BIOS

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

Thanks I will oc it to 4.2

I'd suggest a cheap aftermarket cooler though 30 bucks gets you a pretty nice air cooler generally if you can spare it then that 4.5 is easy :)

You should be shooting for as high as possible while keeping below 1.2-1.3v
