Good CPU cooler?

Hi guys, I'm needing to get a CPU cooler since my CPU over heats on some games. I was just wanting to know what a good CPU fan would be that would fit in a corsair spec 01 I'm looking to pay 40 and under oh and would also like it to be verily quite. (AUD dollars and would like it to be from Pc Case Gear)

You could try a Cooler Master Seidon 120v watercooler?
