CPU temp problem

I'm not sure if its just in programs, but my temps will randomly go to a number and add 10 to that degrees and then go back down again and repeat. (say, 14c, then go to 24, and lower down to 14 again and then up to 24 again, repeat)

 

Is this a sensor problem or a bad mount or something?

How are you monitoring your temps

First Build:

I get this kind of thing with CPUID, after research it appears that CPUID doesn't like FM2 chips, either that or my CPU is running at 120 degrees Celsius when browsing the interwebs.

yea the AMD temp sensor is not accurate 

 

use AMD Overdrive and HWMonitor and it will show the average temps

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
