I'm fairly new to the custom loop market, and in a few days I'm going to get a gaming rig. (4690k, 980) I was wondering what kind of loop would be reasonable for around $400. Would a gpu block be unreasonable? What parts are recommended for around that price range? (I'm in Canada)

Thanks, guys.

Main PC: 4690k, LMG Edition G1 Gaming GTX 980, 16GB Hyper X Fury, Asus Z97-A, EVGA G2 850W, Crucial MX100 128GB, WD Red 1TB 2.5", Dark Rock 3

Laptop: Asus UX305 Monitor: Asus PB278Q Keyboard: Filco Majestouch 2 TKL Mouse: Corsair M65

If you get something something like an expandable water cooler such as the H220X you should be able to do it within a $400 budget, for the GPU block EK is standard choice, swiftech does also make one I believe so you can get one that has a similar Industrial Design as the waterblock, you will need some extra fittings, tubing and new fluid for the cooler.

its about the best you can do with only $400

it is always better to buy a kit or do a full custom loop than buying cheap half-done stuff like the H220x

The additional block and fittings being for the gpu right?
