Converting "Hard" floppy disk to USB

So my granddad ask me "I need to convert the hard floppy disks to usb, how do I do it?". He is using a windows 98 PC from 1998. He says he doesn't have a usb post on it but he is not sure. I am going to his house tomorrow and look and see if theres a way... Does anyone have an idea a way to do it? He has his hole life works on this computer and so its kind of important to him. I told him a long time ago to upgrade so this wouldn't happen.

No idea, pretty sure they have adapters. @ThyFeared proved it. Why does he use a computer from 1998 still?

Everything on floppy should be copied onto the hard drive first and then fInd an enclosure that supports IDE so you can grab everything off the hard drive.
