Out of case test

I will be building my first PC tomorrow (Christmas) and was wondering if it is a worth the time and

work to do a "before you put it in your case test". I do have quality parts and would rather not go through the time and hassle of building before putting in case, test, take all apart (remove that thermal paste) and put it in case.

 

please and suggestions, tips, or personal preference

YES! its ALWAYS worth the time to bench test out of the box first. People that don't are idiots. If it were my build I would ditch the uber expensive monitor in favor of a normal 144hz monitor.

How are you expected to do it if you don't get a stock fan with your CPU and intend to aio watercool?

You are meant to test you loop for leaks for 24h before putting it in the case as well.

Pfff, I've never heard that one before. If it leaks id sue.
