Best Unboxing Case Modding Ever (Bucme)

I thought people will get a kick out of Bucme ... I thought it was funny but Why so serioussssss .... jk.

 

It's been a long time coming but this is my new build " Project Frostbite " or " Intel Frostbite "

CANT decide ....

 

 

Here she is.

She is an Intel Platform 1155 to be exact.

Case - Corsair 450D (Pecfect size I do recommend it but if you're a bit ocd then forget it).

PSU - Corsair AX860 (why get the I when you so busy with work and games lol)

SSD - Samsung Evo 850 (500gigaly)

Cooler - Corsair H105

CPU - 3570 non K hard to get the K version here in Vietnam

Main - MSI Z77A-GD55

Ram - Avexir core series 32gb 4x8gb

And the motherload of all GPU (prob not) it's the all hailing Gigi GTX 980 G1 Gaming

Am I missing anything, don't know but tell me if I am.

March 21 2:38PM (working hours) I recieved my case. I was happy about it but I saw a few thing that bothered me which is the color difference between the plastic and the metal but thats to be expected I was just expecting more from a big named manufacturer. 2nd was the gap between the side panel and the top of the case (panel with the window), that gap was uneven compared to the other side and on both side of the panel the bottom was sticking out. Other than that everything is what I wanted from a case, elegent and functional with room for future custom watercooling in a decent size case.

Btw i did document this in a video but haven't edited yet cause it not even finish so stay tuned for that I have less pictures that videos but I won't be uploading them just yet.

I did put Bucme into this case so I could have a computer to use but no pics just vids

 

April 1 1:43PM I chose to go with 1155 platform because I was already using a g2030 from Bucme not only that I really liked the led it had on the motherboard.

April 11 3:09PM I recieved my Samsung SSD

The next day all my parts came unexpectidly which was the H105, AX860 and the GPU.

So I started building it.

 

      After building the system I only had to instal the card and do some cable management but first my desk is a cluster so I had to clean up before I even start to plug in the card or start messing with zipties.

 I think I did a pretty decent job, if you're investing in this much should always give it your all but I thought I could of done better.

 Here comes the sad part

 The card is giving me some problems so I had to take it out and use the intergrated graphics. It's not so much the card but I think its the MB bios that I needed to update. So long story short I turn on my comp, my screen showed a underscore on the top left corner and a B2 on the bottom right. few seconds later (give or take) it goes straight into window without a post. Anyway I think I can solve this problem with in a matter of time not a big deal.

It's not finish for sure I still want a custom watercooling loop then the Frostbite name actually come into sense, aslo another card will be added in a month or 2. Some people might say why not the Titan (X)(B)? or wait for the TI which i think its 8gigaly. Everything cost a heck of alot more here in Vietnam then where you guys live, assuming its UK or U.S. My card cost me 750Bux U.S doe! Thats right. Anyway TI was the one I really had my eye on but I couldn't wait not only that I know the GTX 980 can handle a boat load from 1440 to 4k, dual monitors to triple but thats overkill for me. 1440 TN panel for gaming and a 1080 IPS for brousing is good enough.

Hey man hate the player not the rig just kidding.

It's different now as you can see.

The accountant at the company i work for need a better computer so the mobo and cpu will be sold to them and I'll be rocking a 1150 platform with another graphics so stay tune for that. Once it's done ill post a vid with almost every detail that went into this rig and the problem i had to face and overcome.
