Before you go RMAing your motherboard Reset CMOS and update your BIOS.  An update might fix the problem.

Cleared cmos....fixed the issue :D thanks, i dont know why i didnt think of this earlier...

So, heres a link to what has been happening every time i start up my pc. at first i thought it was a problem with my 24 pin extension, so i removed that and it is still happening. it started after i got this new mobo. the gigabyte 970A-ud3p.. once it get going, it works fine. but it always does that before every startup. i dont know whats going on...

 

 

system specs:

amd fx8320

corsair cx600 psu

gigabyte 970a-ud3p

gigabyte 760 4gb

 

oh, and ignore the cable mess.. ive been messing around with it. usually looks a lot cleaner

Perhaps the mobo is defective? maybe try RMA'ing it?

Anyways, have you tried seating your ram in different slots?

Yeah, thats what ive also been thinking. but the motherboard works fine with everything else, i have a really good and stable overclock on my cpu and no issues there.. i would think if it was an issue with the mobo, then a lot of other things would be wrong too.

didn't seem to do anything....
