hey linus community i just did a 3dmark test and i see that it says my gpu is running at 1300mhz compared to what it is overclocked at 1500mhz.

Doesn't 3D mark show base clocks not boost clocks ?

second this, I'm pretty sure it only displays the base clocks.

To see whether you GPU is running at the OCed profile just go to view run details > check the box beside GPU clock and GPU memory clock and hold leftclick while having your mouse cursor over the line like below
