CPU hitting 100°, Replaced TIM Already

I have a H100i and a 4770K, Its hitting 100° and causing my PC to shut down. I've replaced the TIM and checked the backplate and that didn't fix it. Is my pump bad?

In idle? Prime95? 

 

It could be the pump.

Is the temperature hitting 100* gradually or really fast?

If it hits 100 within a matter of seconds, your pump is not working.

Can't hear it but when I grab the hoses I can feel some vibration.

make sure the pump runs at 12v / full speed always. PWM-ing the pump on aios can cause bad temps..

MSI Command Center says the pump is running at 2300rpm but the graph showed it at min. I switched it to 100% manual mode, same problem.

Seconds

Don't run Prime95; just idle it (at stock speeds) and see what the temperatures are like after 30 seconds, 1 minute, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes.

Is the LED on your H100i red?
If so, pump (or you set it to red).
If not, probably still pump. Connect the USB cable the the block, and to the motherboard, and update the firmware with corsair link. 
If that does not work, RMA it.

Prime95 Small FFT's

can you test it with a different tool?

Intel Burn Test or Aida64, never used one of those, but they are recommended.

I believe your issue is caused by Prime95 overvolting your CPU. Try AIDA64 or Intel Extreme Tuning Utility.

BF4 crashes it as soon as it starts.

Stays anywhere from 28-51° on idle

To me it sounds like your pump is defective. Is the radiator exhaust warm at idle?

can you test it with a different tool?

Intel Burn Test or Aida64, never used one of those, but they are recommended.

 

 

I believe your issue is caused by Prime95 overvolting your CPU. Try AIDA64 or Intel Extreme Tuning Utility.

 

BF4 crashes it instantly as well

That seems fine. just remembered youre not supposed to use prime on haswell cpu's -> it causes the cpu to apply 0,5mV additional voltage to the cpu and hence cause more heat.

The BF4 crashing is really troublesome since thats only really likely to be caused by an instability (cpu, gpu, or ram) -- something heat shouldn't cause (at least not that quickly)...

 

I'd try t go below stock speeds, and then try one stick of ram (then the other, then try a different ram slot).
