This is what I'm currently looking at, I have been debating 3/8id 5/8od but I already have some 7/16id 5/8od compression fittings around. Is this a good tubing though?

yeah bud, thats the only stuff to use IMHO. The primochill LRT is supposed to be one of the only non-leaching tubing around.

Very good choice @Spev

I would always recommend going for a thicker wall on tubing - its generally a safer option as it's less prone to kinking. Out of the two that means going with 3/8 id 5/8 od :) As for a brand, Primochill Advanced LRT is the best tubing available. I use white Advanced LRT and have had no problems so far. Even tubing degradation which happens to all tubing, seems to be minimal on mine after about 4 months without the coolant being replaced.

Cool I will order some now. I'm just not sure if I should switch to 3/8id 5/8od, some people say it's easier to work with? I already do have some fittings for 7/16id 5/8od but it's not too late to turn back, yet.

Yeah, I'm not sure what the difference is, I wasn't able to find "pro" LRT on Amazon, I saw some but it was unavailable.
