Need recommendations

I need a few things 

 

Ram 4-8 GB DDR3

 

Hard drive 100gb+

 

power supply 400watts+ 

 

I have a budget of $100 for those 3 things. Its going to be a little tricky

Ram by itself for 8 gigs is around 70 bucks

Hard drive is refurbished so I'm kinda wary of that, but who knows.  Altogether this is about $84
