I want to buy a graphics card for a good deal but the graphics card has 3 broken fan blades, (evga 650ti) Can I replace it easily? It has been confirmed that the GPU works. If it can be replaced, which one fits the evga 650ti?

Dont, it is not recommended, if the fan was broken, either it was done by brute force or in shpping. That would mean there might be other areas of the card hurt as well.

Or theres people like me that like to stick fingers in fans. :P

you're not the only one... its how I make sure a fan is spinning if I can't see it.  :D

The guy had a thick molex cable bump into the fan when it was ramping up

That wouldn't, in my opinion, cause the fans to break. May I ask what you're looking to pay for this broken card?
