EVGA SC 970 flickering

Just bought a gtx evga sc 970 upgraded from 7770 ghz and i noticed on games especially on tera very noticable flickering like on the video

expect the black screen part  on Bfbc is less noticable and with adaptive v-sync i dont have any flickering i got a lg monitor with a vga connection i use the adaptor , all the connection are ok btw

LG Flatron W2243S  , 4670k oc 4.4  8x G.skill 450w xfx and an asrock extreme 4

Does it have HDMI connection?

so its a monitor issue ? coz i didnt have such intenste flickering with the 7770 and if so which one would u recommend for under 200e
