I came across an add that just said HP Pavillion.  He's asking 175 obo:

1TB HD

1600x900 HP monitor 20inch

 

Looks pretty new, I think it has a COA/restore.  I am gonna look at it soon.

Add an hd 7770 and for 275 dollars you have a great build.

250W PSU, I'd go with an HD 7750.  Looking to throw 150 at him, and see where he goes from there.  But 175+80=255, and I think resale value is around 400ish being a main brand.

i would be surprised if a 7770 didn't work on that psu ... that gpu only uses like 88 watts 

(1) high frame rate (2) ultra graphics settings (3) cheap...>> choose only two<<...

 

if it's never been done then i'm probably tryna do it. (((((((Bass so low it HERTZ)))))))
