Laptop suggestion

Need a laptop under 370 US dollars. So far looking at this

Will only be used for web browsing and downloading stuff. This should be more than enough right?

Any suggestions welcome, as i't for a family member and i keep thinking anything without a dedicated GPU is going to be junk but they won't need it so it's hard for me to pick one lol
