Cooler MAster Hyper 212

Hi! I'm thinking about buying a new CPU cooler since my stock AMD is driving me insane. I would like to have something like a Noctua, but as long as it's quiet and not liquid I'm fine. Should hold up with some weak OC. Maximum height is 160mm, and the socket is AM3+. No budget. "Be quiet! Shadow Rock 2" is a decent cpu cooler.I am planning on buying it soon...

 

EDIT-GO with hyper 212...I changed my mind...

The Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo is an excellent cooler, and is cheap.

Yes, it'll definitely be an improvement over stock.
