SE846 Deal?

I was wondering if it is worth it to buy the SE846.  I have an oppritutity to buy them at around $750 new.  Is this a good deal?  Should I take the deal as soon as I can before anybody else takes it?

That, is one expensive in-ear... I don't get people who use those... they aren't even comfortable for long period, they fall off easily... but hey, to each their own.

They cable goes over the ear and they're shaped much more to an ear than typical in-ears.  They're much more comfortable for long periods of time and won't fall out as they go deeper into the ear than most in-ears.

I was just wondering if the $300 deal was significant to get excited about

I mean yeah its a good deal cause well 300 off but... man I think you should consider something with a longer life expectancy if you're going to sink the amount of money it'd cost for a pair of high-quality speakers.

It sounds good, but certainly doesnt worth the price tag. I might as well get a UE reference monitor compared to SE846 at that kind of price range
