Battlefield 3 Problems

Hello, this is my first post!

-Introduction

I play some games like dayz (super laggy) and battlefield 3.
My only problem is that Battlefield 3 runs at 60 frames.
You may say, "Connor, 60 frames is great!"

-My Problem

The thing is my Battlefield will run at low settings at 60 frames but if someone runs by me or I parachute our of a heli then my frames drop to like 1-6 FPS.

-My Specs

Intel i7-3740QM
16 GB RAM
Nvidia GT 650M
~185GB SSD
1600X900 Screen

-Windows Experience is attached.----> post-29916-0-60402200-1371411122.png

-Conclusion
After the recent update my Battlefield has been preforming slowly. Can someone please tell me why and/or how to fix it.

Please no answers like this:

There have been problems with stuttering with the new Nvidia drivers. I don't know if there is a fix.

im working on it

Im going to get a modified version of this in about a year when i have the money. This is my wishlist on newegg. Thanks for the sarcasm. Can you be serious now?

firstly with this build the cpu and motherboard are NOT compatible as the cpu is lga1150 and the motherboard is lga1155

secondly i have a laptop with lower specs then you and i was able to play bf3 at med at around 30fps so if you beef up your detail it might fix it up

Spoiler

 CPU: i5-6600k MOBO: ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming RAM: G.Skill 16GB 2800Mhz 15-15-15-35, GPU: Sapphire R9 290 SSD: Samsung 840 250GB HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB x2, Cooling: EK supremecy EVO ,EK-FC R9 290X with backplate, XSPC EX240 Crossflow & Alphacool UT60 240mm, XSPC D5 Bayres w/ Alphacool VPP655, 7/16-5/8 Compressions/Tubing, Noctua NF-F12 x4 PSU: Silverstone Strider Plus 850W Case: Nanoxia Deep Silence 1 http://valid.x86.fr/8g2m02

Firstly I realize that they are not compatible when the LGA 1150 version of the motherboard comes out on newegg i will change it (this just serves as notes for now)

Secondly i run it at 60 and it has lag spikes for no reason. i just tried 314.07 and it did not fix it

Sounds like your framebuffer is full, how much vram does a GT650M get?
EDIT: I just tested Battlefield at 1600x900 on low and it uses 1304MB on Karkand (1900MB on ultra/1080), which isn't even a large map, so there's your problem, BF3 really needs a 2GB graphics card

Check out my Trading Card Inventory, I probably have that one card you need

Also I look at ram and CPU usage and it doesn't even use half

http://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-GeForce-GT-650M.71887.0.html

This article here says the GT 650M takes DDR3 for VRAM instead of DDR5 (the difference is 900MHz vs 1500MHz on laptops).

If that's the problem (mind you, I'm just spit-balling ideas), the only thing you can really do is play around with settings, namely vsync and buffering and see if that eases off the memory.

You could also install MSI afterburner and try and crank the memory freq up, but you'll likely just get crashes instead of framedrops, as laptops don't take kindly to those kind of shenanigans.
