Looks fine to me, I don't know why @vern021 felt the need to switch to more storage. Power supply is a bit overkill, something like 600w would be better suited, but if you're going to go SLI or just want extra efficiency, there's no problem with it.

I only made the storage higher so he won't buy another one in case he'll use it all up(my HDD's almost full and my boot drive can't take anymore apps). I've picked the 750w in case he'll SLI but if not a 500w is already enough. :)

You don't need to add more fans IMO unless you want to swap out the fans in the CPU cooler with a better one. I've added more storage in case you need it but if you don't then don't get it. xD I was planning to go 2-way SLI with your rig but it will cost $1700. I don't know if you'll need it tho since LoL and CS:GO doesn't need that extra kick since it easily runs 144fps+ with a sinlge 970

I bought the same case, and I'd recommend the two-pack of SP120 fans for top exhaust. That's exactly what I got, too, and increased airflow is a good thing. I don't think you'd need any more, and the stock fans are good. They don't need to be replaced.

SLI in a nutshells is bridging gpus and perform as one in order to gain higher performance. It is widely use on AAA games. I wouldn't recommend it if it's only FPS like CS:GO, RTS games like Starcraft II and MOBA games like LoL since they don't need a high end card to run. If you're playing ARMA III, BF4, CoD: AW or any ubishit games, then you might benefit on getting two 970s and running them in SLI.

yea i focus on fps like csgo/crossfire mainly play the other games starcraft and arma/cod in free time. so i dont think sli would be needed. i also wanna run 2 monitors so when i stream or when im in game i can do other stuff.

The H440 already comes with x1 140mm fans on the back and x3 120mm fans on the front. Just keep that in mind that you don't need all those fans you were looking to buy.

If you get easily offended by people on the Internet there is something really wrong with you. You focus on the opinions of a few people instead of worrying about why you have a terrible taste in video games.

Looks good. I'd say to bring the PSU down to about 700 watts though. 850 is overkill, especially with how power efficient the 970 is.

what brand should i be aiming for? and should it be gold?

It's pretty easy to pick a good brand. Use this to give you a general idea of what's good. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html As long as it isn't in the bottom two tiers, you'll be fine.

Anything rated 80+ Bronze or more will be perfectly okay.
