funnily, it really is. its easy to sleep after one cup. buy you need to drink it like 1 liter to wake up from the caffeine lol

I generally just make instant coffee; choose the strongest I can find, put in two teaspoons of sugar and a teaspoon of milk (more for aesthetic reasons than the actual taste)

my bro got a nespresso machine  he makes some great stuff with it

i dont get affected by caffeine through :)

I drink one cup before work and one after. I think it with a little bit of cream/sugar but I'm trying to phase that out.
