That PSU is more than enough. You have about 300W headroom

RIG: I7-4790k @ 4.5GHz | MSI Z97S SLI Plus | 12GB Geil Dragon RAM 1333MHz | Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 970 (1550MHz core/7800MHz memory) @ +18mV(Maxed out at 1650/7800 so far) | Corsair RM750 | Samsung 840 EVO 120GB, 1TB Seagate Barracuda | Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 (Closed) | Sound Blaster Z                                                                                                                        Getting: Noctua NH-D15 | Possible 250GB Samsung 850 Evo                                                                                        Need a console killer that actually shits on every console? Here you go (No MIR/Promo)

This is why you should not get an FX CPU for ANY scenario other than rendering on a budget http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/286142-fx-8350-r9-290-psu-requirements/?p=3892901 http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/266481-an-issue-with-people-bashing-the-fx-cpus/?p=3620861

Awesome! Fast replies thank you very much I like it :)

On a side note feel free to let me know what you think about the build and if you have any suggestions.

I plan on overclocking the processor, not sure if I should overclock the ram/graphics cards Idk if my cooling will be sufficient.

derp post of the month:

Yes

ontopic:

how many  970's do you plan to get? that makes quite a diffrence for your choice.

If you go with 2 970's 700watt's will be plenty, you might(not exactly sure) be able to use even triple 970 with that, atleast linus did with his testing(600-650 watts triple sli)

what ever amount of watt it's going to be, ensure it's a known brand(cooler master, corsair, be quiet etc) supply, cheap name ones tend to fail pretty quickly or screw over your system.

May the light have your back and your ISO low.

How is that derp, he asked if it would be enough? xD I simply answered his question as simply as possible.
