I heard that there are mounting problems with the h100i, your waterblock might not be making good enough contact with the CPU. Ask @Faceman for more info maybe he could help out.

 

From what I know this is a common issue with some of the Corsair AIOs.

Hey guys,

 

So I've been getting some weird temps off of my i74790k while gaming considering it's water cooled (60-70c). I double checked to see if the frame was out of place and made sure the screws were on tight, so what gives?

Did you overclock at all?
