Posted December 9, 2014 Ok, so what ive encoutered is I build my PC a couple of months ago, and everything has been smooth sailing until this afternoon I turned on my pc and it gave me a repair screen and failed to boot into windows, and it was not able to refresh or reset. So I restarted the pc to see if anything would improve and now it just gives me a bsod where the only way out is to exit to uefi. I have a windows disk and a recovery drive on a usb. Posted December 9, 2014 What exactly does the BSOD say? If it's the BCD, you can boot into the recovery drive, open CMD and run BOOTREC /rebuildBCD and it will attempt to recreate the BCD.
