Whats your guys take and what should i follow?

Optimizing does pretty much nothing but is a placebo for 'SPEED'

You can maybe extend the life of your SSD, but thats now a NON-Issue as the flash in SSD's these days cannot be compared to the craptastic flash that Gen1 SSD's had.

The reason these optimizations exist is for older SSD's and shitty lifetimes, which over time, obviously gets worked on, and is now a non-issue with modern SSD's.

Wouldn't bother.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
