Green Coupon Tab Chrome

For the last several weeks I have had this green coupon tab (upper right side).  When I click on it, it displays a coupon code good for the particular website I am on.  The problem, as you can see, is the large font type of Monoprice on the screen.  Has anyone seen this?  I have no extensions installed.  I run Webroot and it did not pick up anything.  I uninstalled and reinstalled chrome with no luck.

Try malwarebytes. It's good at finding adware.

Check your extensions and plugins and disable malicious things, you can go to chrome://extensions and chrome://plugins to do that.

That was actually one of the first things I checked.  I have done "inspect element" and in the huge page of info that I know nothing about this seems like the only thing pertininent. <div id="panoram-coupon-bar-little" style="opacity: 1; right: 0px;">1</div>  I have done google searches on this without much success.
