Good Air Cooler For i7-4790k

I am having some trouble finding a good air cooler than is under $100 and matches the red and black color scheme of my build any one have any advice? needs to be quiet and has the ability to push a lot of air too. My case is the fractal define r5 and my mobo is the asus maximus vii hero and the ram is g. skill trident x series 16gb 2x8gb 2400 mhz speed ram with a evga geforce gtx 980 4gb super clocked with acx 2.0 Thanks!

Noctua nh d15? There is nothing better in my mind. And it stays within the budget.

Why not AIO? I'd recommend a H105 hands down as it matches the Maximus VII hero perfectly.

If you want another suggestion with the ones quoted over here, all good ones, the nzxt x61, the swiftech h220x (best imho) and the silver arrow...
