water loop options queries? ?

Hey sploosh forum im about half way through my hardline water loop and I've ran into a little snag with water routing options. My question is if my res is above my pump can i get away with running it through a rad then into my pump or will i have to go res-pump then rad ??

You cannot do anything else but what is specified below or more than one pump.

 

res - pump - rad.
