Isn't it an issue with a few select titles anyways, that are going to be fixed in a driver update?

doesn't seem to be too much of an issue. Rarely happens (depends on sudden frame variance). I would like to see for myself though to see how noticeable it is when it does happen.

its an issue with games with static loading screens, which is fairly common, i don't think drivers will fix this. they would have to force 144hz from the display, but only in loading screens

It seems, based on the ways this works, I'm not worried at all by it. 1-2% brightness difference during non-gameplay moments mostly. Only during complete stall like a loading screen or freeze. They said 1 fps didn't even do it.

This is the kind of thing that likely would not bother me at all, however I've never seen a Gsync panel in action.

 

What is very cool about this, is having one more tool for reviewers to use for comparing Async/Freesync panels to Gsync when they arrive.
