Where is my code?!

I recently bought bfbc2 vietnam on steam but i cant find the code once it tells me to enter it in game. does anyone know the solution to this?

If you bought it on Steam isn't it in your library? or did you buy it as a gift?(pretty sure its in your email or inventory if purchased as a gift).

When you start the game you get a little window with the code, copy that. 

 

If not, press Shift+Tab when you start the game and on the right side you should see a link with "CD-code"

Right click the game and click ´View CD Key´

That is if it's in your library.

I had te same with Far Cry.
