Software to play Blue-Ray's

Is there any free software to play my Blue-Ray movies with? I got a new BR burner that didn't come with software.

VLC, but I think you have to install a few paid codecs idk

Nope, you don't have to pay at all. http://www.videolan.org/developers/libbluray.html

 

And I think it's included in VLC.

What good is buying a Blu-Ray player without software included?

I have old Nero software, will that work with bluray? Nero 7 Essentials & Nero Express 7. I also have Cyberlink DVD Solutions with Power DVD but they are pretty old. Will those play the Blu Ray's?
