Change the R9 270X to an R9 280 or 280X. And get a hard drive to go with that SSD.

pls get a crucial mx100 or Samsung 840 evo instead. try to fit a 250GB ssd if not then none

Yes it is. The 750W requirement is just so they don't get sued when someone tries with some crap PSU that can't deliver full wattage.

It will because the psu cost more than $10. Like Speebird said. its just insurance for the company.
