Case: Cooler Master elite 110

APU: AMD 7850k

Power Supply: Corsair CS450M

RAM: Suggestions?

But if your going to go with a GPU in your system you might want a Higher wattage PSU Like 600W

For RAM: go with high speed. From what I've read it is necessary for the APUs graphics cores, and will markedly improve performance. Make sure your motherboard supports it

Something like this should be a nice start. High speed ram and dual graphics will help get the most out of Kaveri, while maintaining a reasonable budget. It might be a good idea to add a CPU cooler as well, but probably not necessary.

Pretty much this, but you can increase performance slightly by adding an r7 250 and utilizing dual graphics. That would be the only APU/GPU setup I would recommend

Yes i intend on running a r7 250 with the 7850k. I would like this to be able to stay cool and compact.

This is honestly a better build for the money. I'd go without the dual graphics I suggested earlier if you wanted a cheaper build than this.

Here is a more budget oriented build with just the APU. I've also added a hybrid SSHD instead of the SSD/HDD drive

I think (based on the core i3/r9 270x build mentioned above) dual graphics just isn't worth it. The Kaveri APU is awesome for a ~$450 build, but for the price of dual graphics setup, you can get a MUCH better core i3 and dedicated card setup. If your budget can stretch to $600 or so you might look at the GTX 760 as well

This build should serve you well. Admittedly I don't know much about the Zotac GTX 760, but it has decent reviews and is a powerful card given the small space. It staying cool is a factor, it wouldn't be a bad idea to add a case fan or two.

I wasn't looking to put that much of a GPU in this build honestly. I was wanting to utilize the on board GPU and run it with the best r7 250 that runs with it.
