I can't really tell a difference between them in everyday use. They're all awesome as far as I know. Just get the one that's the cheapest or looks the best to you.

Not always, as you get to higher and higher speed, latency has less of an effect.

 

And there isn't a huge difference in speed at the same latency ex/ 1600Mhz Cas 9 and 1866 Mhz Cas 9

What's cheap and good brand

 Kingston ValueRAM. Will work but doesn't look that good. Most of RAMs use same chips. Only real difference is how the modules look. Speed difference, as said, is minimal.
