can ou look at this site and select a good monitor for me 

around £100 to £120   i dont know which one is better tn or ips peoples told em different stories about them

You didn't link any site, but here's a rundown of it. The advantage that TN has is that response times can be lower on higher end monitors (as low as 1ms), as well as higher refresh rates (most IPS are only 60Hz, whereas there are TN monitors up to 144Hz), so gameplay looks smoother since you're actually seeing any FPS difference you're getting between 60 and 144FPS. However TN looks a lot worse then IPS. IPS monitors have much better colors and viewing angles then TN panels and just look a lot nicer overall.
