Only thing I can see is that the RAM is high speed, you can save a few bucks with lower speed RAM.

If this is for gaming, I'd take out 8 gigs of that ram, and just use the other 8

In most cases 16 gb of ram is more than what most people use. That would save you about 80 pounds with 8 gb and go with a lower speed ram like 1866. Then you can go with a 280x

Going with a slower speed ram and changing over to air cooling instead of liquid and removing two of the 4 extra case fans which would shouldnt need that many starting out will get you an i7-4790k which is way better for video editing/rendering and only be a $8 over your original budget. I believe for what your wanting to do with this pc you would be much happier with the better processor. Then the extra fans and liquid cooler you could always upgrade to at a later point since they are cheap vs upgrading your processor later on.
