I want to build a PC including the monitor and the peripherals for about $650 for my Girlfriend to bring her to the MasterRace. I only have 3 conditions, must be in the Enermax Ostrog (Pink), must have White LED fans, and must use the CM Hyper 212 EVO. I was thinking that this may be good for the mouse and keyboard?

Edit:

Would this build be worth the money?

I've heard that the mouse in that combo is complete shit, so I'd suggest just getting a separate mouse and keyboard so you can ensure that both parts are decent quality.

Don't make general assumptions about an item unless you actually tried it out.

@RevoltTrain

It's actually a good deal for it's price, keyboard and mouse doesn't feel like crap.  Backlight and media keys on the kb are a bonus!

You don't need a Hyper 212 EVO, especially not with a locked Intel CPU.

An OS is not included. If you want to include one, you can downgrade to a Micro-ATX H81 board with an i3 or an FX 6300 with a 970 motherboard. I would recommend the i3, seeing as it will be as good and sometimes better in gaming, or you can downgrade to a R9 270 (though the 280 is dirt cheap.) Or, you can get Windows some other way (Reddit, etc.)

Main Rig: CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D | RAM: 32GB (2x16GB) KLEVV CRAS XR RGB DDR4-3600 | Motherboard: Gigabyte B550I AORUS PRO AX | Storage: 500GB Crucial P3 Plus, 4TB Silicon Power UD90 | GPU: AsRock Radeon RX 9070 XT Steel Legend | Cooling: ThermalTake Floe 280mm w/ be quiet! Pure Wings 3 | Case: Sliger SM580 (Black) | PSU: Corsair SF850

Main Server: CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5950X | RAM: 64GB (2x32GB) Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-3200 | Motherboard: ASUS Crosshair VII Hero WiFi | Storage: 512GB SKHynix NVMe | GPUs: NVIDIA TITAN Xp 2-way SLI | Cooling: Thermalright Frozen Prism 360mm | Case: Corsair 5000D Airflow (White) | PSU: Seasonic Focus GM850

File and Media Server (AOOSTAR WTR Pro): CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5825U | RAM: 32GB (2x16GB) Silicon Power DDR4-3200 SODIMMs | Storage: 1TB Samsung 970 EVO Plus, 2x14TB Western Digital Ultrastar DC HC530

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/JhH7ZL this is what I made, you could get a significanly better build, but the case you requested is semi-expensive and you don't need a cpu cooler.

Why that ram? Gskill has many other models that are under $60 but are significantly better than that one...

To be honest, I made it a bit quickly. I know there are better sets for cheaper, but I was also looking for something that wasn't red.

And shit, if I had the money, I'd pick up a few sets of that Sniper.

Does it really have to be in a pink ostrog?

That case is just some plastic from like 2004 painted pink, it's a lot better if you get something like the Fire Red version of the Prodigy regular/M, or spray-paint pink accents on any other decent case! Even if you are getting something cheap like a N200, you can still paint pink the vertical plastic on the front panel and/or get some pink/reddish LED fans for the front/side panels, maybe ATX like a Source 210, the front panel can be plasti-dipped easily and keep a good finish. Just getting a can of pink, downloading a girly stencil online, like a butterfly or a pony is a very easy mod for plain looking cases like a NZXT s340, Corsair 350D or any of the Core Series from fractal. I say this to people that buy into pink plastic cheap ugly cases for their meaningful females, and I'll keep on saying it.

I'm not a huge fan of the case but she absolutely loves it and won't budge to any other case. Trust me. I've tried.
