Really save money for a SSD, its like buying a high end Car with rusty rims.

Here's some changes that will have much better bang for the buck on the intel side of thing:

This is not an improvement at all.

 

I high suggest saving a bit more to expand the budget for a 4690k. It's quite a bit better

The Pentium is going to bottle neck the 970 HARD. Not a good idea in my opinion.
