My cpu is not overclocking

My cpu is g3258 and my mobo is an asus z97 ar. I tried to oc my cpu but when i do and boot up windows it isnt overclocked i did save the settings. It does let me overclock but it doesnt do it.

Install the latest bios

Install the latest bios

I think i do have it but im not sure is there anyway i can download a program to tell me the latest version cuz the one from asus is a cap file and idk how to install it

Try to save it as a profile in the bios and save and reboot
